1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Byasalgal mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Services Provided

Byasalgal provides:

  • Streaming and playing of meditation audio content
  • Links to third‑party online meeting platforms (e.g., Google Meet) for meditation sessions
  • Optional push notifications, enabled only with your consent

The App does not process payments and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Use the App solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes
  • Do not engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful use of the App
  • Provide accurate information when registering or using the App
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, if applicable

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content within the App, including audio materials, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos, is the intellectual property of the developer unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • Byasalgal does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation of the App.
  • Meditation content is for relaxation and personal well‑being only and is not medical or therapeutic advice.
  • Use of third‑party services (such as Google Meet) is at your own risk. Byasalgal is not responsible for their performance, security, or reliability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective once posted in the App. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

You may discontinue using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. If you access the App from outside Mongolia, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
