Byasalgal Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Byasalgal app (the “Application”), provided by KaiJU (“Service Provider”) as a free service, intended for use AS IS.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect information when you download and use it, such as your device IP address, pages viewed and time spent, overall app usage time, and your device operating system.

The Application does not collect precise location. It may process approximate location for:

  • Geolocation services: personalized content, recommendations, or location‑based features.
  • Analytics and improvements: aggregated, anonymized location data to analyze trends and improve performance.
  • Third‑party services: periodically sharing anonymized location data with external services to enhance the Application.

The Service Provider may contact you with important information, required notices, or marketing updates.

Push Notifications

We send updates, reminders, offers, or other relevant content via push notifications. You can enable/disable notifications in device settings. We do not collect personal data via notifications or share notification data with third parties.

Biometric Authentication

The Application offers optional quick login via your device’s biometric system (e.g., Face ID, fingerprint). Biometric processing is handled by the OS. The Application does not access, store, or transmit biometric templates. If enabled, your email and password may be stored encrypted in secure storage (Keychain/Keystore) and never leave your device.

Personally Identifiable Information

For a better experience, we may ask for information such as email and phone number. We retain and use this information as described in this policy.

Third‑Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be sent to external services to improve the Application. We may disclose information:

  • as required by law (e.g., subpoena or similar process);
  • in good faith to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests;
  • to trusted service providers acting on our behalf under this policy.

Third‑party services used: Google Play Services (their policies apply).

Opt‑Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard process.

Data Retention

We retain user‑provided data while you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion, email kaiju@fifthdearth.com.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we discover such data, we delete it promptly. Parents/guardians may contact us at kaiju@fifthdearth.com.

Security

We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information. Any locally stored login credentials (for biometric quick login) are encrypted.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will post changes here. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
